"I was up to 295 lbs. in my 40's and started having substantial health problems.  I had high blood pressure and poor cholesterol levels.  Then I had a massive gout attack that landed me in the hospital which was the worst painful experience of my life.  Thanks to this program I have lost 50 lbs. and I'm maintaining my weight loss, have a lot more energy to be able to play with my kids, and I am less irritable.  I feel like I have gained my life back!
